GMG Janitorial is seeking an experienced Janitorial Coordinator for start up accounts, many of them hotels in Sonoma.
Job tasks include:
Must have experience in industrial kitchen cleaning and working in Class A hotel environment.
Seeing that all contractual obligations are being met.
That the team is working cohesively and meeting all cleanliness requirements.
Recommending hiring and firing various team members.
Working swing and / or graveyard shifts.
Ensuring that the new contracted space is immaculate when the client walks in.
Must be organized, respectful, professional experienced with janitorial.
Bilingual English / Spanish.
Have some technical skills with smart phones, tablets, emails and picture taking.
Must be able to bring a team up to GMG standards with respect and positive team building.
Position starts immediately.
