About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating high-quality cannabis-infused products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Production/Kitchen Associate! As part of Drops' production team, you'll play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process of our delicious edibles, from raw cannabis to candy.
What to Expect:
Competitive pay starting at $25 per hour Opportunity for early departure and get pay for the remaining of the week upon meeting daily quotas Full-time position with a Monday to Thursday work week Comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, health, vision, and dental insurance Collaborative, small team environment with room for advancement and cross-training opportunities
Responsibilities:
Conducting trichome washing and operating processing equipment Accurate data collection and entry Mixing ingredients, cooking, cutting, sugaring Ensuring cleanliness and organization of workspace and materials Participating in cross-training across various departments as needed Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age Background check clearance for the cannabis industry Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination Physical capability to stand for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot and cold warehouse setting Prior kitchen experience of at least 3 years Desired Skills and
Experience:
Proficiency in trichome separation and data collection/analysis Familiarity with Metrc, Distru, Excel, and Google Drive Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in product quality Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards feedback Join Us:
