Job Description:
Members of the Drops production team focus on the manufacturing process of all our edible products, from raw cannabis to candy.
The pace of this position is quick and team members must be capable of routinely meeting Drops standards for productivity and quality.
Duties:
Trichome washing Operation of processing equipment Data collection and entry Mixing of ingredients, cooking, cutting, sugaring Set-up, clean-up, handling and storage of cannabis and non-cannabis materials Ensures correct storage, labeling, and management of all ingredients (non-cannabis/cannabis) Ensuring cleanliness of workspace and manufacturing environment Participating in cross-training across the company and assisting in packaging and fulfillment departments as needed Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability Positive and collaborative attitude and open to feedback from management and coworkers Other ways to succeed:
Identifying ways to improve efficiency, safety, and cleanliness and reporting to management Details:
$25 per hour Employees are permitted to leave work early each day once quota is achieved and are paid out for the full work day.

Monday - Thursday work week.
Requisites:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, successfully complete the background check required to work in the cannabis industry and provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
Physical Requirements:
Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting.
Employee must possess the ability to stand for up to 10 hours a work day and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch, use a stepstool, and similar activities and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Able to pour hot candy over molds with precision.
Work Location and Schedule:
This is a non-exempt position with a 40-hour work week and occasional mandatory overtime hours.
This position is located in the Cotati warehouse and is currently scheduled Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:
30pm.
, with a 1/2-hour meal break and two paid breaks over the course of the work day.
Work schedules are subject to change at the discretion of management and needs of the company.
