The Lead CSR will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring efficient communication with clients and effective coordination of scheduling and services.
Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Schedule appointments in Service Titan Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide various reports to management team Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Coordinate and over-see Call Center employee schedules Help implement communication procedures, guidelines and policies Train, motivate and mentor employees of the Call Center department so everyone can succeed Skills Must have Service Titan experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type:
