We are looking for experienced AR Manager to join our team.
Summary AR Manager is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the accurate and timely collection of monies from clients and credit customer.
This position requires you to Manage and oversee the AR specialist team, provide training and support, ensure all deposits are made daily for each location, provide weekly reporting, maintain all cash logs, and Balance all invoices.
Key Responsibilities Check all statements for accuracy Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Accounts Receivable Ledger Enter all required data from invoices and run Receivable calculations in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices Print Receivable-run statements Run schedules and journals, as directed Maintain accurate Receivable records for all internal and external accounts Maintain back-up file Calculate and print required statements or receipts, as directed and authorized Participate in training and meetings, as required by management Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements Candidate Requirements 3
years of related billing or account receivable experience within cannabis Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel with a strong attention to detail 21 years of age Strongly Desired Passion for learning Dedicated to creating great outcomes Interest in the cannabis industry Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment Ability to work on several tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritizing and following through to successful outcomes Some project management experience Friendly, positive personality, and excellent interpersonal skills Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Type:
