be/AmIU3uzsXnw A Delivery Driver, reporting to the Delivery Manager, is responsible for delivering pre orders to customers on a daily basis.
They will be an efficient worker who is capable of working solo and accurately delegating, organizing, and executing tasks on their own.
They will work with a small team to execute as many as 100
tasks in a day.
You will Warmly and kindly interact with a wide variety of clientele Absolutely must have patience, understanding and a willingness to teach and be taught Attend in person and virtual demonstrations from vendors to learn about our ever changing product catalog Clean and maintain Delivery Vehicles and other communal areas throughout your shift Consult inquisitively with fellow drivers to accurately and efficiently plan routes Keep acute attention to any customer issues and report as necessary to managers Cashier and keep aware of changing till totals and assess necessary till total for each route Maintain professional interpersonal relationships with both staff and customers Have a willingness to adapt to changing laws, regulations and workplace Deliver anywhere from 20-50 orders on a daily basis You are Team-oriented:
you work well with a team to focus on the minor goals of the day as well as any grander goals set by management Versatile:
you are able to switch gears quickly between routes and keep up with the ever changing dynamics of the day Solution-Oriented:

you are able to understand and navigate the nuanced world of cannabis in California and are capable of following multiple different regulations Compassionate:
you understand where a customer is coming from and empathize with the issue they are facing You have A clean driving record with the California DMV Customer Service Experience Bi-Lingual Skills Preferred (We help a wide variety of customers who speak many different languages, ASL included) The ability to pass a background check through the City of Cotati Proficient Computer Skills A familiarity with California's cannabis track & trace system Must be at least 21 years of age.
Available shifts:
Wednesday-Saturday (Varying Hours in Schedule) Compensation:
$18-$20
