Candidate must be familiar with Quickbooks and will need to learn Rain, our point of sale system.
Job duties include:
Banking:
transfers etc, reconcile bank accounts for 3 accounts monthly Accounts Payable:
matching invoices to receiving paperwork, check pricing, post invoices, print checks, pay some bills through vendor websites, monitor auto debits for certain monthly payments Accounts Receivable:
enter invoices received from installation staff, keep updated AR at all times, post payments in QB after they are deposited, mail copies of invoices when necessary, monitor A/R aging, monitor A/R in Rain POS system Post Daily Sales:
monitor daily sales for returns, monitor daily sales of consignment items, pull consignment paperwork and post in QB, create daily sales worksheets, monitor credit card deposits, track daily sales to monitor daily sales for month Payroll:
Bi-Weekly payroll done through QB, download timesheets from Rain POS and reconcile, Enter all info in QB and print paychecks, Payroll Taxes, track PTO hours, Stay updated on HR info Quarterly Payroll tax reports:
Federal and State - 4 times a year Monthly:
Rain POS Reports, Inventory adjustments in QB, Sales tax report organize Company and personal taxes to hand off to CPA Order office supplies, travel to bank with deposits, travel to post office on occasion Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
